Mick & Cheese | Le Creuset, Williams Sonoma Cooking Demonstration
Sunday's are best spent with your best pals and if you throw some yummy food into the mix, well life is just pretty perfect in that moment, isn't it? That's exactly what I did when my sweet friend Faison treated Kristyne and I to a little how-to class hosted by Williams Sonoma!
Any chance we can get our Mickey fix AND enjoy our favorite little city of Winter Park, Florida, we are going to take it! For this special demonstration we got to learn how to make some, as we like to say, Bougie Mac n' Cheese, and it did not disappoint!
Williams Sonoma frequently offers classes and demonstrations-- something I didn't know, but have a feeling Dylan and I will be taking advantage of from now on! The price for most of the classes is $30 and typically comes with an included gift! The gift for this class, and why were were so excited, was a Limited Edition Le Creuset Disney Mickey Mouse™ Ramekin!
For the class, they taught us how to make some AMAZING Mac & Cheese using their Cast Iron Round Oven also apart of the Mickey Mouse collection! It was a quick and pretty simple dish to make but it sure brought a smile to my face! It was deliciously cheesy with a well rounded flavor made possible by using some onions and bay leaf during the coooking process! I will absolutely be making this dish again and I'm really excited to be making some creme brûlées with Faison and Co. in our new little ramekin!
Looking forward to sharing more adventures and experiences with you!
Until next time...
