All Tied Up | 3 Ways to Style a Bandana
Hiya pals! I'm coming at you today with 3 super easy ways to style a bandana in or out of the parks!
I'm always looking for subtle ways to add a dash of Disney to my outfits, so when I spotted this Mickey patterned paisley bandana from BoxLunch gifts, I knew immediately that this would become a staple in my wardrobe for its versatility! I took this opportunity to show off all the ways you'll catch me styling this piece!
1- Purse Pazazz
An easy way to make an old purse have new life, or to just spice up a favorite like this one from Shop Harvey's, is to just simply tie your bandana around one of the straps or handles for a pop of contrast and personality! I loved how this paired with the checkered print on this purse and it's just a really great way to make an item more unique to you!
2- Adorable Ascot
I'm sure this one comes as a no brainer, but this is my absolute favorite way to wear bandanas! I've always loved wearing them like this mainly because it's a sure-fire way to add a pop of color that your outfit may be lacking! Anytime I feel like my outfit is missing something, I can always count on this little style trick to make me feel completely pulled together!
3- Hair Royal Highness
Tying scarves and bandanas in the hair is something I've been seeing all over social media recently! It's made quite a trending resurgence and it being as easy and effortless as it is, I can see why! Whether I'm seeing them featured in dreamy, romantic travel shots with perfectly windblown tresses or in everyday shots of girls just looking for a cute and simple way to add something different to their normal hairstyle, I too am on board with this trend! It's a perfect way to keep your hair out of your face and off your neck for the summer and they just look so pretty tied in your hair! This is also another simple, but adorable way to wear your hair to the parks! Just throw on your favorite ears (optional), french braid your hair to the nape of your neck, and then tie your hair scarf or bandana over the elastic!
