Primary Play | Pixar Pier Style

When dressing for the parks, if I can't decide on a character to channel, playing with the colors in a certain land is a great way to incorporate the magic of land. When I found out I was going to Disney's California Adventure to experience Pixar Pier for the first time, I was overwhelmed with all the possibilities of what I could wear. Pixar has provided us with such unique and vibrant characters that I couldn't just pick one!! So instead I decided to channel Pixar as a whole! I love playing with color and so does Pixar in their animated features. They really have a way with color theory which is what makes their films so visually stunning. This was by far my favorite outfit of our trip and these pants have become one of my favorite clothing items ever! Keep reading and scrolling to see how perfectly this outfit worked in Pixar Pier!

(HUGE shoutout and thank you to my sweet friend Katie Pritchard for taking these photos! She captured my excitement and the details so amazingly! If you're in the LA area (or beyond) reach out to her to book a session! Follow her on IG here!)

I can't say enough how much Dylan and I enjoyed Pixar Pier. The theming was on point, the snacks delicious, and so many colorfully cute places for photos! My most favorite aspect were the carnival style games that were artfully themed around Pixar favorites. It made my heart so happy to play the La Luna Star Catcher game where EVERYONE wins a prize! The other games were a wildly good time and featured some friends from Wall*E, Toy Story, and A Bugs Life! We spent a great deal of time playing for prizes at those and I definitely recommend checking them out. It's such a nostalgic addition and makes for plenty of laughter and smiles! My favorite treats from Pixar Pier was definitely the Jack-Jack Cookie Num Num and the Adorable Snowman treat! If you love lemon flavored things, then you'll certainly love that icy treat!

Pixar just exudes all things joy and I felt so joyful in this outfit. I am literally obsessed with it and I just want to wear it all the time! I'm linking everything I can below! These items are great for mixing and matching separately and could honestly be worn to infinity and beyond, not just Disney Parks. All of these items have become staples for me for their versatility and I think that's when you know you've found some solid items for your wardrobe.
